4 Ways of Manifesting Miracles

“See the things that you want as already yours. Know that they will come to you at need. Then let them come. Don’t fret and worry about them. Don’t think about your lack of them. Think of them as yours, as belonging to you, as already in your possession.”

Robert Collier

Unfortunately, we tend to underestimate the power that we carry within. We all have the potential to be miracle manifesting beings if we learn how to conquer fear. With enough positivity and clarity, it is possible to realise your dreams and bring them to fruition. If you have been feeling stuck, then it is time to begin the process of turning your thoughts into reality and manifesting miracles!

Strategies to manifest miracles:

1. Release obstacles

Start the path to the manifestation of miracles by releasing any obstacles in your way. Eliminate fear, procrastination, disbelief and anything else that may be a hindrance to achieving your dreams. Release these obstacles via the daily practice of prayer, meditation, positive affirmations and mindfulness. Train your mind to block out negative thoughts, to do this you need to become aware of them and catch them before they’ve had a chance to impact your emotional state. Establishing daily rituals that combine these miracle manifesting techniques will reward you with the energy and outlook you need to reach your hearts desires.

2. Paint a clear picture of your dreams in your mind

It is critical to get crystal clear on what the manifestation of your dreams looks like, you must conjure a mental image of this in your mind and spend at least 10 minutes every morning and evening visualising your dreams. Get clear on exactly what it is you want to manifest and write this down in as much detail as possible. Envision what your life will look like once your dreams have come true, who will be present in your life, where will you be, what will you be doing, what will you be wearing, what will you be thinking and feeling. Picture it as though you are watching yourself in a movie, and envision every detail from the colours, the smells, the emotions, the sounds and the atmosphere. Feed your mind with all it needs to start manifesting your desires. Visualising is an intense, emotional process, you’re stepping into your dreams as though they’ve already been actualised. By playing with your imagination in such a way you are tricking your mind into believing that this ‘dream’ is already a reality.

3. Trust that it shall happen

Hold onto the belief that all is possible for you, don’t let it go for a moment. Keep believing and accept the fact that you are worthy of all that you desire. When you walk with trust, the universe will reward you. Keep this belief with you at all times, go about your life as normal, and allow the universe to start working on the delivery of miracles to you. Trust that the universe has great plans for you, don’t put too much emphasis on timeframes, allow it to take its course.

4. Embrace a thankful heart

Remember, the process does not end after the miracle happens; you need to embrace a thankful heart. Practicing gratitude is a powerful way to welcome more miracles into your life. So, embrace a heart of gratitude and remember to appreciate what you already have and the miracles you’ve already been blessed with. By the time your miracle finds you, you will be able to appreciate it better.

Accepting what you already have, and the greatness you already are is a surefire way to manifest more greatness.

Embrace Fear and Jump into Something New

Why is our first instinct almost always to resist change? Is it because of the perceived risks or fears associated with it? The contemplation of any life altering transition can be scary. But nothing is more satisfying than embracing our fears, embarking on a new adventure and emerging the other side a more confident and happier version of our previous self. Often, the reason comes down to a fear of stepping outside of our comfort zone, that little bubble that makes us feel safe and warm. The important thing to remember is that there is always a price for success and greater happiness, because achieving these things require the taking of big leaps, so, the question I ask you is, are you willing to pay for a better life?

The key is to focus on the things you stand to gain, rather than lose. Take a moment to remember a time in your past when you took action that was daunting at first but awarded you with a tremendous feeling of achievement and pride, for example that job interview that lead to a fantastic role or walking down the aisle of your wedding day, in those moments you were afraid, but you embraced your fear, took the plunge and afterward you felt wonderful! It’s about altering your mindset and always looking forward, focusing on the positive outcomes of taking the leap.

Here are a few tips to help you in your quest for change and a happier you:

1. Be prepared to step out of your comfort zone

“As you move outside of your comfort zone, what was once the unknown and frightening becomes your new normal”

Robin S. Sharma

Prepare to step out of that comfort bubble. Try not to think about it too much, just take a deep breath, and do it! As Tony Robbins said ‘the path to success is to take massive determined action.’ It’s action that gets you to where you want to be, not thoughts. Life doesn’t change unless change is created. The more often you do this the easier it will become, do something that scares you every day!

2. Invest in yourself

Your growth starts from within. Do you really know ‘YOU’? What are you passionate about? If you have the answers to these questions, then your transition will be more straight forward. The best investment you can ever make is an investment in yourself. Learning never stops. If you want to live a vibrant life in your later years, it’s important to ensure your brain remains stimulated. Continually seek new ways to boost your knowledge and expand your horizons. Pursue a hobby, undergo some training, join a class or group. Remember, knowledge is power! And learning boosts your self-esteem and life-satisfaction.

3. Plan for change

“If you fail to plan, you are planning to fail!”

Benjamin Franklin

You maximise your chances of success if you take time to plan. Crucially, the first step you must take is determining your ‘why’, why do you want to make these changes? How will they benefit and enhance your life? Write these down. Under each ‘why’ write an action plan. Consider any compromises you’ll need to make to achieve your goals. Factor these into your plan. Consider who or what these changes will affect, partners, family members for example, factor these in too and ensure you communicate with these people to ensure they understand and connect with your ‘why’ too.

Remember, the choices you make today will determine your tomorrow. The best way to avoid a life full of regrets is to embrace your fears and face your challenges with confidence. Many others have done it, so can you!

8 Powerful Ways to Overcome Self-Doubt

A lack of self-confidence is something that affects many of us, and it can have a serious impact on our happiness. Self-doubt can prevent us from living the life of our dreams. The ‘Imposter syndrome’ is the name given to a cluster of commonly held thoughts and attitudes which encourage us to attribute our success to error, luck or charm rather than our ability. Here are eight techniques and processes that can help you break through them and eliminate self-doubt for good:

1. Dream from your heart

Take some time to really consider what it is you really want and write down the goals and priorities that are most important to you. When you give expression to your desires, you take the first step in bringing them out into the world.

2. Activate your imagination by following the path of your heart

Daydream, allow yourself to live favorable outcomes to the problems you are experiencing, and feel yourself truly enjoying your own life. Imagination is a powerful process that sets you on a new course to a happier life.

3. Make your dreams and goals a priority…

By taking positive action every day on the dreams that are most important to you, and on the forward moving steps that your imagination brought into your awareness.

4. Cultivate hope…

That you can have what you want. It’s easy to allow fear to creep in and doubt you’ll ever truly get what you want. Ensure you keep hope alive by envisioning your desires and the changes you want to make. Strive to protect and nurture that seed of hope until it grows into a beautiful new potential.

5. Be your own best friend…

When life is good, and when it is bad. When you are stressed, fearful, or doubtful, do whatever you need to regain mind, body, and spiritual balance. Talk to yourself kindly, take yourself for a walk, go swimming, take a bath, drink a lot of water, breathe deeply. The point is, don’t beat yourself up when you’re down, find new ways to lift your spirit.

6. Follow your intuition

Your conscience will never misguide you and you should always follow it. Continue to listen to your inner voice and let it guide you closer and closer to your dreams.

7. Accept reality

Acknowledge your emotions, feel what you feel, and allow your emotional energy to flow up and out. Then step out of the channel of heavy emotions and dare to bring yourself back into alignment with your vision and imagination of what is possible.

8. Take calculated risks

Step outside your comfort zone. The risks you take may not always bring the results you desire first time round, but each time you dare to step beyond the boundaries of your current limitations, you show yourself that failure is not the end of anything. It’s just a momentary setback. Pick yourself up, dust yourself off, and find a new way around your setback. Releasing self-doubt isn’t an all or nothing proposition, and it’s not overcome in one instant. You gain confidence as you look deep within, into your true feelings, and discover new ways to express your truths, values, and priorities.

By focusing on what is most important to you and using the tips above, you’ll soon be taking huge leaps towards a more confident you and the life you’ve always dreamed of.
